Lone Star Pads Reward Card Policy
How to Claim Your Reward Card
Reward Card offer applies to apartments presented to you by Lone Star Pads. Receive 10% of your first months rent up to $1000 in the form of a Reward Card for using our free service.
Gift Card issued upon commission received (approximately 8-10 weeks from your move-in date or the day you report your lease, whichever is later).
*The Reward Card is equal to 10% of your first month's rent up to $1000 (applies to 12-month leases). Lease terms 6-11 months will receive a Reward Card equal to 5% of your first month's rent up to $1000. Lease terms less than 6 months do not qualify for the Reward Card.
* Joel Bryant & Lone Star Pads with Central Metro Realty reserve the right to amend gift card rules and reward card amounts at any time.
The Reward Card is offered for many but not all properties advertised with Lone Star Pads. Contact us for details on which properties qualify for the Reward Card. If the apartment was not included in the list of apartments sent to you by our staff, that property does not participate in the Reward Card program and the renter will not be entitled to receive the Reward Card (nor will the renter need to report a lease for the property).
For participating properties, only one Reward Card will be offered per lease (i.e., if two or more people sign a lease and move into the same apartment, only one Reward Card will be offered for that lease).
If the Reward Card is offered, then the following requirements apply:
Find your new home using Lone Star Pads.
Residence required. You must sign a new lease and move into the rental property. Then the property must validate that (1) your name appears on the lease agreement as an occupant; and (2) you have actually lived in the unit for more than 30 days.
Property must be listed on Lone Star Pads. To qualify to receive a Reward Card, the property must be listed on Lone Star Pads. Please see below for additional details. Renters will not qualify to receive a Reward Card if they find their new home using other online or offline resources or are otherwise associated with the property, such as:
Tell the apartment complex leasing office that Joel Bryant referred you to their property and have the leasing agent note that you found the property through Joel Bryant. The leasing agent or landlord may ask for your name and contact information — this is the perfect time to mention that Joel Bryant sent you. In addition, please list "Joel Bryant" as your source wherever possible: on the guest card, rental application, lease application, and any other paper or electronic documentation. This helps the apartment community to confirm that you've used our services.
Report your lease by completing Lone Star Pads Lease Report Form to claim your Reward Card.
Sign a new lease. You must have signed a new lease at a property you found on Lone Star Pads. If you (or anyone leasing with you) has signed a previous lease agreement, has a previous relationship with the property, or is merely renewing an existing lease, you will not qualify to receive a Reward Card. Only one Reward Card will be granted per lease signed. If different cosigners of the same lease submit separate lease report forms, one Reward Card will be granted for the first form received and verified.
Submission deadline. You must submit your lease report form or contact us within 120 days after moving to the property. However, if the property has been terminated from Lone Star Pads, you must submit your lease report form within 30 days after property termination. You can also submit your lease report form prior to move-in.
Expected timing for receipt of Reward Card. Processing the lease report form usually takes 8-10 weeks from your move-in date or the day you report your lease, whichever is later.
